There are so many reasons as to why this is a great photograph.
The symbolism is great: the woman has her hands covering her face in exasperation, or perhaps being overwhelmed, and on her hands is drawn a face that shows how she is feeling underneath. The hands do the talking for her. The cartoon style is very cleanly done, and the red nail polish is a great addition of color in an otherwise blue-neutral photograph.
